Hey there, my name is Veronica and I am passionate about eating clean and living a healthy lifestyle. I work long hours and travel a ton (yay, consulting!), but have always made it a priority to stay fit. To do so, I’ve tried countless recipes and meal plans, read a bunch of nutrition books, and have tested out numerous health apps and products. The result?
