Hey there, my name is Veronica and I am passionate about eating clean and living a healthy lifestyle. I work long hours and travel a ton (yay, consulting!), but have always made it a priority to stay fit. To do so, I’ve tried countless recipes and meal plans, read a bunch of nutrition books, and have tested out numerous health apps and products. The result? I spend my days eating healthy food that is delicious, am so happy with how I look and feel, and have more energy than ever before! 

I would love nothing more than to help others enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, so I created a blog to share some of the best recipes, meal plans, products and apps that I have come across.
