Chocolate Bark is the perfect treat for the holiday season. It is super easy to make and is a great option for holiday gifts for friends and family. Even more amazing is the fact that this is vegan, sugar-free and is ready in no time. I used cashews and pistachios to give it a festive look (plus, I love cashews and pistachios). However, you can add any other festive toppings that you like!

Ingredients

    • 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
    • liquid stevia to taste or any other natural sweetner
    • sea salt to taste
    • 10 cashews, chopped
    • 10 pistachios, chopped

    Instructions

    Step 1

    Start by melting the coconut oil (I put it in the microwave for 20 seconds). Add the cocoa powder and mix. Add stevia and salt to taste and mix.

     

    Step 2

    Grab a sheet pan and place parchment paper on top. You will notice that the chocolate mix begins to solidify a bit. Spread it as evenly as you can over the parchment paper. Sprinkle with the cashew and pistachios. Put the sheet-pan in the freezer for about an hour.

    Step 3

    Remove the sheet pan from the freezer. Try to break into twelve even-ish pieces and enjoy!
