VeganFitness Challenge
I recently finished an 8 week Vegan Fitness challenge from Nimai Delgado. I had always been curious about doing a vegan diet but had never quite gotten myself to try it since I wasn’t quite sure how to make the macros work and how to keep my meals healthy and hit my protein targets. However, after watching The Game Changers and learning all of the health benefits from going Vegan, I decided to give it a shot. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I did it. Nimai’s Vegan Challenge is one of the best challenges I have ever done. Click the link to learn more about the program.
Anita Herbert Fitness Challenge
Anita Herbert’s fitness challenge is a 6-week program that includes workouts targeted at building the female physique (hello bubble butt!) and a meal plan. The workouts are intense! While I saw some great results in my glutes and legs, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this program to everyone. Click to read my review and get more info.
Jordan Edwards Fitness Challenge
Jordan Edward’s Fitness Challenge is a 4-week program that consists of some killer workouts along with general macro guidelines, a sample meal plan, and a recipe book. I had such a great time doing the program and highly recommend it! Click to get my take on the program.
My 54D-On Journey
If you are looking for a way to completely transform your body, then the 54D-On program is the one for you. This program requires absolute dedication and discipline. It is not for the faint of heart and is a tough process. That said, it is 100% worth it! The results are amazing and I would highly recommend it, especially if you are trying to get into top shape (e.g. post baby, pre-wedding, etc.)
Full disclosure, I write these blogs in my spare time. I do not have an editor and am the only one who reviews the content. As a result, it is likely I’ll have the occasional typo or grammar mistake. If you find anything, feel free to let me know.
Lastly, I’ll admit food photography is not my forte. If you make the recipe and have a better picture, please share and I will happily post it and give you photo cred!
