Most açaí bowls are loaded with sugar and end up being more unhealthy than healthy. However, I present to you a truly good for you açaí berry bowl that is oh so delicious! Packed with anti-oxidants and protein, this açaí berry bowl is great way to start your morning. I love bowls since they help me get my fruits and nutrients in. The best part is that this recipe takes less than 5 minutes to make and has a refreshing burst of flavor that will give you the energy you need to start your day off on the right foot.

Instructions
Step 1
Place the 6 oz of yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen berry blend, 3/4 of the 1/2 banana (you are storing some of the banana so you can use it as a topping), and 1 tsp of açaí berry powder in a blender. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the contents into a bowl. Top with the sliced strawberry, the 1/8 cup of blueberries, and remaining sliced banana on top. Add a bit of liquid stevia (optional) on top and enjoy!
Full disclosure, I write these blogs in my spare time. I do not have an editor and am the only one who reviews the content. As a result, it is likely I’ll have the occasional typo or grammar mistake. If you find anything, feel free to let me know.
Lastly, I’ll admit food photography is not my forte. If you make the recipe and have a better picture, please share and I will happily post it and give you photo cred!
