These Easy Homemade Chocolates definitely fall into the “too-good-to-be-true” category. Not only is each chocolate only 33 calories so that you can enjoy them guilt free, but they are absolutely delicious! Seriously, you could buy these in a store and wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. What is even better is they only take about 10 minutes to make and all you need is 4 ingredients! Every single person who has tried these has asked for the recipe so they can make them home.

Instructions
Step 1
Start by melting the 2 tbsp coconut oil (I put it in the microwave for 20 seconds). Add the 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder and mix. Add 2 1/2 tsp monk fruit sweetener and salt to taste and mix.
Step 2
Pour the chocolate into the mold. I got these adorable molds from Amazon and I pour about 1 tablespoon of chocolate mix into each opening. Sprinkle with a bit more salt on top and put in the freezer for about 10 mins or until chocolate solidifies.
Step 3
Remove the mold from the freezer. Take out the chocolate pieces from the mold and enjoy!
Full disclosure, I write these blogs in my spare time. I do not have an editor and am the only one who reviews the content. As a result, it is likely I’ll have the occasional typo or grammar mistake. If you find anything, feel free to let me know.
Lastly, I’ll admit food photography is not my forte. If you make the recipe and have a better picture, please share and I will happily post it and give you photo cred!
