Start your day off right with this protein-packed Green Smoothie Bowl with Mango. The bowl is so delicious, takes less than 5 minutes to make and is a great way to get your greens in while enjoying a sweet, nutritious breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 6 oz fat-free greek yogurt (I use Fage 0%)
- 1 mango, sliced (about 3/4 cup)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower kernels (or seed of your choice)
- liquid stevia to taste (optional)

Instructions
Step 1
Place the spinach, yogurt, almond milk, banana, and half of the mango in a blender. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the contents into a bowl. Add the remaining half of the mango, sprinkle with chia seeds and sunflower kernels. Add a bit of liquid stevia on top and enjoy!
