Supercharge your immune system with this super tasty Immune-Booster Tropical Smoothie Bowl that takes less than 5 minutes to make! This bowl is packed with immune-boosting fruits that are high in vitamins and antioxidants. Papaya is an excellent source of vitamin A,C, and E. Pineapple has anti-inflammatory properties that boost the immune system and bananas have powerful antioxidants. The other added plus is that the mix of flavors is absolutely delicious! Both your body and your taste buds will thank you for trying out this recipe! If you need an extra crunch, I highly recommend adding my homemade muesli on top.
