Start your 4th of July with a burst of flavor with this Red White and Blue Smoothie Bowl. I’ve been participating in a Vegan Challenge and this Smoothie Bowl has been one of my favorite breakfast items. Packed with anti-oxidants and protein, this bowl is such a delicious way to start your morning. I love adding my homemade muesli to add an extra bit of crunch.

- 43g strawberry
- 86g blueberry

Instructions
Step 1
Place the banana, 43g of strawberries, 86g of blueberries, 11g of flax seeds, 11g of chia seeds, and 28g of vanilla protein power into a blender. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the contents into a bowl. You can top with my homemade muesli for a delicious crunch or can also add some cacao nibs or nuts on top. Hope you enjoy!
Full disclosure, I write these blogs in my spare time. I do not have an editor and am the only one who reviews the content. As a result, it is likely I’ll have the occasional typo or grammar mistake. If you find anything, feel free to let me know.
Lastly, I’ll admit food photography is not my forte. If you make the recipe and have a better picture, please share and I will happily post it and give you photo cred!
