Watermelon Strawberry Popsicle

Orange Berry Burst Popsicle

Summer isn’t quite over yet! Enjoy a couple of refreshing fruit popsicles (two different flavors below!). These are super easy to make, a great way to use leftover fruit, and a healthy treat to enjoy some time in the sun. Pro-tip, my niece is starting to teethe and she absolutely loves these popsicles. The rest of the family is not teething but they seem to love them as well 😛

Watermelon Strawberry Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup hulled strawberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp stevia
  • ice

Instructions

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the content into a popsicle mold. Insert the sticks and freeze for 3 hours. I found this awesome silicone mold that I highly recommend! It even comes with cute little bags to transport the popsicles. Here is the link for the baby popsicle mold.

Remove the popsicle from the mold and enjoy!

Full disclosure, I write these blogs in my spare time. I do not have an editor and am the only one who reviews the content. As a result, it is likely I’ll have the occasional typo or grammar mistake. If you find anything, feel free to let me know.

Lastly, I’ll admit food photography is not my forte. If you make the recipe and have a better picture, please share and I will happily post it and give you photo cred!
